1. Complete the Application and include the $150 non-refundable application fee for Canadian residents or the $200 non-refundable application fee for International residents.
2. Submit a copy of the student's birth certificate or passport.
3. Provide the Confidential School Report form to your child's current Teacher or Principal and ask them to return it directly to Fern Hill School by fax 905-257-2002 or email to admissions@fernhillschool.com
3. Submit a copy of your child's most recent report card and a copy of the previous year’s final report card.
4. Contact Fern Hill's Admissions Office at 905-257-0022 to schedule your child's assessment.
